Returns are accepted only with the proper authorization
Possible reasons for returns
1. Damaged in transit -Solution- Contact customer service within 3 days of receipt of goods to receive return authorization. (Geared 2 Go will contact the appropriate shipping carrier and request a pickup of the damaged goods)
2. Wrong Size/Color -Solution- Contact customer service within 30 days of receipt of goods to receive a return authorization. You will be responsible for mailing the goods to Geared 2 Go) (we recomend using a service that provides delivery confirmation because Geared 2 Go is not responsible for lost packages)
3. Other -Solution- Contact customer service
